So how to install the drill screw correctly?
1, stainless steel drilling screws need special electric drill (recommended power 600W).
2. Adjust the positioner of the electric drill to the appropriate position to ensure that the screw is drilled to the correct position. Check drill speed:
Use 3.5(6#); 3.9 (7 #); # 4.2 (8); When 4.8(10#) 410 screws, ensure that the drill speed is 1800-2500 RPM;
Use 5.5(12#); 6.3(14#) when 410 screws; Ensure that the drill speed is 1000-1800 RPM;
Use 3.5(6#); 3.9 (7 #); # 4.2 (8); When 4.8(10#) 304 screws, ensure that the drill speed is 1500-2000 RPM;
Use 5.5(12#); When 6.3(14#) 410 screws, ensure that the drill speed is 1000-1500 RPM.
3, select the appropriate sleeve or cross head to install on the drill; Then connect the screws.
4, when installing the screw and drill must be perpendicular to the surface of the steel plate; And click the power switch; Force a central point.
5. Add about 13 kg of force to the electric drill by hand; Make sure the force is on the same vertical line as the center point.
6, open the power switch; Can not stop halfway; Stop the trip quickly after the screw is in place (to prevent improper and excessive trip)
